Our methods engineer makes use of advanced software like Solidworks for 3D Modeling and MAGMA for solidification simulation. We follow best practices, control the process variables to eliminate potential defect prior to production and achieve short production time, reduced manufacturing costs.

We have a well equipped in-house pattern shop to refurbish the existing patterns and approved sub- contractor to create new patterns in ALUMINIUM or TEAKWOOD. Our extensive pattern storage facility allows us to house all our patterns (Over 7000 patterns) in a dry environment and maintain them in good condition for high level of mould quality.


We have dedicated team & complete facilities of hand moulding for Sodium Silicate – Co2 & Alpha Set Process for moulding and chemically bonded sand processes for core making.

Centrifugal Furnace: We can produce horizontal centrifugal castings with O.D. up to 575mm, length up to 100 mm, and weight up to 1000 kgs. Vertical centrifugal castings are available with O.D. up to 1000 mm) and weight up to 1000 kg).

Our foundries are spread across 3 locations and have extensive manufacturing & testing facilities to produce 8000 MT per annum of one-off castings or high repetition castings (in multiples of 100s) in best lead times.

Our versatility is demonstrated in the range of castings we produce; castings weigh from 10 kgs (i.e 22 lbs) to 1,800 kgs (i.e. ??? lbs) as single piece.

Knock out process involves the separation of castings from sand mould and sand from mould boxes and cores from castings. Operators are well-trained for the implementation of the process.


The fettling shop consists of hand grinders to heavy swing frame grinders with Shot Blasting, Acid Pickling and Passivation facilities.
